Osborne Terrace was a great example of Taemar's ability to carefully restore and renovate period property and transform into impressive converted use property.

The development at Osborne Terrace comprised six Victorian villas converted from offices into 48 apartments, each ranging between two and six bedrooms. Each flat was developed to a very high standard include a large stylish lounge, kitchen and dining room, good sized bedrooms and bathroom and shower suites.

The Osborne Terrace development provides student housing and is ideally located in the popular Jesmond area, within close walking distance to Newcastle City Centre and both Newcastle and Northumbria University campuses.
