In 2006, this former Victorian Warehouse was converted into 31 luxury apartments and commercial ground floor unit.

Waterloo House is located within Newcastle’s theatre village, adjacent to the Tyne Theatre which is the oldest remaining working Victorian theatre worldwide.

In 2006 Taemar (formerly Adderstone Construction) converted this former Victorian Warehouse, which was previously used by Newcastle’s College of Arts, into 31 beautiful apartments each of which are completely unique and incorporate many original features.

The development also included a commercial unit on the ground floor of the property.
