We operate a highly successful apprenticeship scheme offering positions in both site and office based roles. Our apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with the North East Chamber of Commerce (NECC) and the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). This apprenticeship scheme, which has been operating successfully for over 10 years, has seen many young people take their first step on the vocation ladder, providing an exhilarating career path into the construction industry.
We work with Newcastle upon Tyne’s two excellent universities; Newcastle University and the University of Northumbria, offering work placement positions across the ‘Built Environment’ sector. This scheme enables students to capture their first experience of a professional working environment, enabling them to make a valuable contribution towards the business.
